CHARITABLE DONATIONS A group of boys in Years 7 to 9 raised £138 for our Autumn MUFTI charity, The Lunchbowl Network. We were delighted to receive the following letter: “On behalf of The Lunchbowl Network (www.lunchbowl.org), I just wanted to say a huge 'Thank You' to all at Tiffin School, for supporting the charity through the sale of ‘spider’ key rings. The boys raised a total of £138 which equates to feeding over 400 children for a day - many thanks for the generous donation to the charity. As you are aware, the goal of the Lunchbowl Network is to continue to make a difference in the lives of the orphans in the Kibera and with the help of donations from supporters such as Tiffin, we will continue to supply healthy and nutritious meals and educate increased numbers of children attending the feeding centre. I attach a thank you picture from the children of Lunchbowl Angel kindergarten.”

"The mock interviews were really helpful for me personally – beforehand, I was expecting the volunteers to ask typical questions that you would be asked in an interview setting, but in reality the interview was much more in depth. Not only did we discuss topics that would crop up in a specific job interview, but we also talked about careers in general, as well as how I present myself on my CV and in real life. I now know I will definitely be more confident in future interviews having had the practice, and I will be able to think faster on my feet now knowing that these sorts of interviews can take unexpected turns."
