The Tiffin Chess team has been competing online fortnightly on Friday Evenings since September against the top chess schools in the country. After narrowly missing out on victory on several occasions the Tiffin team finally triumphed on 26th February with a spectacular performance in the Inter School Fast team battle (where each player has on- ly 3 minutes to make all their moves). Four of Tiffin's players (Sagnik, Sid, Darshan and Ron) all finished among the top ten finishers in the tournament with Sagnik achieving the highest individual score. Inspired by this the 'B team' (those with Lichess ratings un- der 1300) then won their tournaments on both 12th March and 26th March to fill up the virtual trophy cabinet. Henry, Rojan and Masroor achieved top five finishes in these tournaments.
